My Pointe – Customer Info:

How To Care For Your My Pointe Pants: 

Please don’t wash your pants in water above 30 degrees. 

Best advice is to hand wash them, inside out, in cold water with like colours and no softeners please. Do not tumble dry them. Rather line dry them without any ironing. 

 

Lead Time & Delivery:

Delivery for items in stock will take 2-5 working days in main centres.  

If we do not have the item in stock, please allow 7-14 working days for manufacturing. 

Free Delivery for orders over R 1500.

Courier Cost –  R 99

For any delays on your order we will notify you via email and keep you informed at all times. 

Shipping normally takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. 

Shipping rates may vary, depending on the size, the weight of your order and the area you are located in.

Our couriers can not deliver to a P.O. Box address, so please provide us with the correct physical address. We will not be held liable for an order sent to the wrong address provided by a customer. 

We want you to receive your order in time, but we all know there can always be unforeseen circumstances which may prevent us from delivering your item in the stipulated time frame. We will not be held liable for delays due to circumstances out of our control (ie. natural disasters, strikes, load shedding, ect.) 

We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Courier costs are standard 1kg, if your order exceeds the normal courier rate we will re-quote you via email. 

You are more than welcome to arrange via email your own courier or collection. 

 

Acceptance of your My Pointe Goods:

All products are inspected before we send them out for delivery, but on receiving an order it is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the product for any faults or damage. For any faults or damage you have 48 hours from receiving your product to notify us – [email protected] 

We will not accept any returns for damages, laddering, threads or stitching after the 48 hour period. 

 

Returns:

We want you to be part of the My Pointe Family, so we will gladly accept returns or exchanges if the product is unworn, unwashed, has no makeup/self-tan marks on and is still in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges should be communicated to [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your product. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved to return the product to us, along with the shipping fee to send it back to you. 

All Designs on our website belongs to us. Anyone found to have copied a design will face legal action from our legal team. 

 

Payment:

Feel free to contact us on [email protected] for orders, or you can use the Payfast option and order online.

For direct orders please use EFT and no cash deposits. Please make sure you use the correct order number for the payment reference. We will not be able to track your payment and this may result in your order being delayed.
